Hyperscale Data-Centre Fit-Out
A design-build package to fit out data-hall white space and wire it for full DCIM instrumentation from day one.
Representative scenario. This page illustrates how RRK Global structures scope on a programme of this type. It is not a specific past engagement, no real client is named, and the target outcomes below are illustrative objectives — not delivered results.
Overview
The engagement
A hyperscale operator needs data-hall capacity online on a fixed programme, with every rack position instrumented before the first server ships.
RRK Global takes single-team accountability for the fit-out: containment, busway and cooling distribution, structured cabling, and the sensor and DCIM layer that makes the facility observable.
The digital thread — from the coordination model to sensor-tagged handover — gives the operator a live record of exactly what was built and how it is performing.
Scope
Technology, engineering and construction — in one plan.
Technology scope
- DCIM integration and sensor tagging for power, temperature and airflow
- Structured cabling design and test records captured digitally
- Automated commissioning evidence and as-built model handover
Engineering scope
- Power distribution and redundancy design to the rack
- Cooling distribution and containment layout
- Constructability and coordination review of the base-build interface
Construction scope
- Containment, busway and cooling distribution installation
- Structured cabling and labelling
- Integrated commissioning with the operator's platform team

Target outcomes
What a programme like this is designed to achieve.
- Instrumented white space handed over ready for immediate deployment
- Single as-built model reconciling design, install and sensor data
- Commissioning evidence available without a separate close-out phase
Illustrative objectives, not delivered results.
